I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, Facial Reflexologist, EFT Practitioner, and Qigong Instructor. After struggling for years with hormonal imbalances and anxiety and having no luck with modern medicine, I set out on a mission to find ways to heal myself naturally. This is where I began my journey into alternative healing methods, focusing on the body as a whole.  


My passion is helping others tap into their bodies ' inner wisdom and educating them on alternative ways to heal. I take a whole-body approach to health, believing that we must look at the body as an ecosystem with every aspect, mind, body, soul, working together to function fully.



About The "Mind-Body-Hormones" Course


I have broken this course into 4 phases. Each phase is just as important as the next and will ensure that you get whole-body healing. The length of each phase will take you about a month to complete, making the total length of this course four months. For some of you, it may take longer. Others it may take less. The most important thing is not to rush! I want you to be comfortable and have a deep understanding of the current phase before moving on to the next. That is because these techniques are not designed to be a one-time deal. You will continue to practice the prior phase as you move on to the next—all phases working together for optimal healing. 

Let us remember, the key to success in self-healing is consistency. I promise you, rushing through the course will not expedite your healing process. So go slow, enjoy the process, and more importantly, get connected to your inner healing powers.


 Phase 1: Mind

(Month 1)

Phase 1 is all about our mindset. I cannot stress the importance of having a healthy and positive mindset before you begin your healing journey. Your mind controls every aspect of how your body responds to healing. So we must first break down limiting beliefs we have about healing our hormones, how we view ourselves, and the capabilities of our bodies (because ladies, our bodies are self-healing machines!! We just got to believe it). I will be instructing you on shifting your mindset with Emotion Freedom Technique, aka EFT tapping. Each week we will take on a different issue. For example week one, you will tap on the emotion of feeling unworthy. By the end of the four weeks, you will have a solid understanding of how to tap and how you can use it for a wide range of issues.  


Phase 2: Body

(Month 2)

Phase 2 is all about speaking to your body. We will do so with a technique called Dien chan facial reflexology. Teaching you how to properly use facial reflexology to clear energy blockages from your internal organs, as well as send them instructions to get back to work! The first two weeks will focus on the reproductive system, giving you time to practice and note any changes your feel and experience in your body. Once comfortable with that treatment (again, not rushing! Giving your body time to receive the message), we will begin with a more detailed protocol I designed of specific points to balance hormones. Together these two will give your body a clear message.


Phase 3: Food

(Month 3)

Phase 3 is all about food and fueling your body. We will review the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle and how you can support your menstrual cycle with food (and don't worry, ladies, this is still possible even if you suffer from amenorrhea or irregular cycles). I included a few recipes that are my go-to's to help you get started. We will also review some supplements and herbs that can also be very supportive of healing your hormones. I find this phase to be the most difficult for most. I have allotted an entire month to focus on diet, but this phase could take longer. And guess what, that's ok! Go at your own speed and remember to never be hard on yourself.


Phase 4: Energy

(Month 4)

Phase 4 is about energy and getting the energy flowing throughout your body. We will be using an age-old practice called qigong, or what we like to call "movement medicine." Working on specific movements, we will target organs and meridian channels to help break up stagnation and bring back their energy flow. Pairing these movements with breathwork, making it a meditative practice, will help you connect to a deeper part of yourself you didn't know existed. For three weeks, you will be taught three new exercises to target hormonal healing. Then, in week 4, we will tie them all together into a daily practice that you can use for years to come.
